THE FINAL POLISH STAGE – Coconut-grade granular activated carbon polishes water right before the tap — the post-membrane stage that makes RO water taste finished — or serves as an inline pre-filter on ice maker and fridge lines. Replaces T33 class inline cartridges; 10" body with 1/4" female threaded (FPT) ports — transfer your existing fittings or use standard 1/4" quick-connect fittings (not included); also fits K00173 class positions with matching fittings. Replace about every 6-12 months with your RO schedule —
The "it's the one you taste" line being the door's conversion truth (stale post-carbon is why year-old RO water tastes flat — the education that sells the replacement), the fittings-not-included defense per the inline law, the K-door cross-net, the dual pre/post duty per the old title's own honest claim.
