About This

• REDUCES SEDIMENT FOR CLEANER WATER - The nominal 30 micron pleated polyester media reduces dirt, sand, silt, rust, and scale particles, helping keep your water cleaner and helping protect appliances, plumbing, and downstream filters.
• MORE THAN 16 SQUARE FEET OF MEDIA - Non-woven polyester fabric is pleated around a polypropylene core, giving the Big Blue cartridge high dirt-holding capacity and longer intervals between changes.
• DURABLE AND REUSABLE DESIGN - Rinse and reuse the chemical-resistant polyester media to extend cartridge life; a sonically welded overlap seam reduces internal bypass and molded endcaps with gaskets ensure a secure fit.
• FITS ALL 10-INCH BIG BLUE HOUSINGS - This drop-in 10" x 4.5" cartridge fits 10-inch Big Blue and other heavy duty housings and works with both municipal chlorinated and well non-chlorinated water.
• PACK OF 8 WITH LOW PRESSURE DROP - Initial pressure drop is less than 1 psi at 10 gpm across a 40 to 125 degrees F range; replace each cartridge when you notice a drop in water pressure or quality. Includes 8 cartridges.
