About This

• AUTOMATIC LEAK DETECTION AND SHUTOFF: Place the four Zigbee water leak sensors near sinks, toilets, washing machines, water heaters, or other leak-prone areas. When water is detected, the system automatically activates the valve controller to help shut off the water supply
• LOCAL SHUTOFF WITHOUT INTERNET: After the leak-to-shutoff automation is configured, the Zigbee gateway can trigger the valve controller locally—even when internet service is unavailable. App notifications, remote access, and voice control may be unavailable during an internet outage
• OUTAGE-READY WITH A UPS: The leak sensors and valve controller are battery powered. Connect the gateway to a compatible UPS backup power supply to maintain local leak detection and automatic shutoff during a household power outage. UPS and batteries are sold separately
• SMART HOME COMPATIBILITY: Connect the Zigbee gateway to 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi for app notifications, remote monitoring, and smart home control. Compatible with Alexa, Google Home, SmartThings, and Tuya/Smart Life
• DIY INSTALLATION, COMPLETE 6-PIECE SYSTEM: Includes one Zigbee gateway, one automatic valve controller, and four water leak sensors. Designed to fit compatible 1/2-inch and 3/4-inch standard ball valves without replacing the existing valve or using an adapter. The controller uses four AA batteries for up to 700 days; each sensor uses one CR2032 battery for up to 400 days. Batteries are not included. Battery life varies by usage, environment, and battery quality
