• SIX CARTRIDGES IN STAGE ORDER – Two 5 micron sediment filters go first, holding back the dust, particles and rust that would load the stages behind them. Two carbon blocks follow, taking chlorine out before the water reaches the membrane, since chlorine reaching a thin film composite membrane shortens its service life. The 50 GPD membrane strips dissolved solids, and the inline post filter polishes on the way to the faucet.
• EVERYTHING TO DO THE SERVICE - The kit ships with a sump wrench and three housing O-rings alongside the cartridges and membrane. Housings grip hard after a year in service and a strap wrench can crack the plastic before it breaks one loose. Fresh O-rings matter too, since a flattened seal is what most housing leaks turn out to be rather than damaged plastic.
• PURER WATER FROM EVERY SOURCE - On municipal tap or private well supply, the membrane strips dissolved solids, low-TDS water for drinking and cooking from the system you already own. RO reduces TDS broadly; for certified reduction of specific contaminants, look for systems tested to NSF/ANSI 58 for those claims.
• FITS THESE SYSTEMS - Replacement for the FILTER-MAX-ES50 position, covering ROES-50, ROES-75, ROES-PH75, ROES-UV75, ROES-UV75-SS, ROES-PHUV75, RO-45, RO-90 and RO-PUMP. The drop in cartridges are standard 10 by 2.5 inch and the membrane is a standard 1812, so the same parts fit most other four and five stage systems built around standard filter bowls.
• CHECK THE POST FILTER FITTING - The inline post filter has quarter inch quick connect fittings, so it pushes onto quarter inch tubing with no tools and no tape. It will not seat on three eighths inch line. If your current post filter screws on rather than pushing on, you will need adapters.
